As a rich green natural fiber product,cotton fabric has many excellent properties such as:good wearing comfort,warmth retention and moisture absorption performance.Although cotton fabric has good moisture absorption performance,its perspiration performance is poor,and a large amount of it is produced in the human body.When sweating,cotton fabric cannot quickly discharge sweat,making the fabric easy to stick to the skin and cause discomfort.Moreover,cotton fabric can easily absorb water but cannot quickly discharge water,so that bacteria fungi and other microorganisms will grow on its surface.This not only reduces the wearing comfort of cotton fabrics,but also makes cotton fabrics a medium of disease transmission and endangers human health.Therefore,not only antibacterial finishing of cotton fabrics are required,but also unidirectional wet finishing.As a natural macromolecular polymer,chitosan has the advantages of broad antibacterial spectrum,high sterilization rate,and non-toxicity compared with other antibacterial agents.Therefore,chitosan is used for antibacterial finishing of cotton fabrics in this article.The principle of the one-way wet fabric is the differential capillary effect caused by the difference in hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity on the inner and outer sides of the fabric.Sweat can be transmitted from the inner side of the fabric to the outer side of the fabric without reverse osmosis.The sweat evaporates quickly on the outer side of the fabric,and the cotton fabric is unidirectionally guided Wet finishing can greatly improve the wearing comfort of cotton fabrics.This topic uses hydrogen peroxide to degrade high molecular weight chitosan in an acetic acid homogeneous system.The viscosity and antibacterial effect of chitosan with different molecular weights obtained under different reaction temperature(T)and reaction time(t)were studied.The experimental results show that the best degradation conditions for chitosan are as follows:hydrogen peroxide concentration is 1%,acetic acid concentration is 1%,reaction temperature is 50?,and reaction time is 40min.In the experiment,a double-layer non-woven fabric was completely infiltrated in the chitosan solution,and it was laid flat on a glass plate,the fabric was fixed on another glass plate with double-sided tape,and then the fabric surface was pressed on the non-woven fabric,So that the chitosan solution can be transferred from the non-woven fabric to the fabric to test the antibacterial properties,air permeability,stiffness,bursting strength and wicking height of the finished fabric.Based on the above test results and the comprehensive evaluation of the fabric's hand feeling,the best finishing concentration of chitosan is 5g/LSince the finishing surface of the fabric is close to the skin,it is necessary to choose a non-fluorine hydrophobing agent that is harmless to the human body.The subject uses different non-fluorine waterproofing agents 5003 and R3 to finish the fabric and then conduct a drip diffusion test and air permeability test on the fabric.Excellent hydrophobic agent 5003 with little effect on fabric hand feeling.The subject uses digital printing to finish the hydrophobic agent on the fabric.Since the nozzle holes of the inkjet printer nozzle are of nanometer level,this requires very high printing fluids,and the entire printing fluid system is required to be very stable without deposition or flocculation.So the subject made a series of attempts before the experiment,but all the methods could not realize the idea of using an inkjet printer to finish the hydrophobic agent on the fabric,so the subject used to print the pattern on A4 paper first,and then use a cutter to The place that needs finishing is carved out,and the finishing liquid is arranged on the fabric in a way that simulates inkjet printing with a spray device.By testing the soaking time,water absorption rate,maximum radius of the wetted surface,liquid water diffusion rate,cumulative one-way transfer capacity and overall liquid water management capacity of the inner and outer layers of the fabric finished by different processes,the best finishing process is selected as hydrophobic agent concentration:20%,finishing area:70%,finishing depth:200 times,cross-linking agent concentration 6g/L,baking at 150? for 5 minutesThe subject tested the washing durability of fabrics finished with the best technology,and tested the antibacterial rate and moisture wicking and quick-drying of the fabric after 30 washings The test results show that when the crosslinking agent concentration is 6g/L,the fabric's The best washing performance.Finally,the appearance performance of the finished fabric was comprehensively characterized,and the results showed that the moisture absorption of the finished fabric decreased slightly,and the quick-drying performance of the fabric was significantly improved.The texture and appearance of the fabric did not Too much change.
