The certain dye waste water from a chemical works in Nanjin was treated by the technique of "micro-eletrolysis→photosynthetic bacteria→activated sludge"In this thesis, the feasibility of the technique and condition of treatment phase were researched, and the optimum parameter was determined. Emphases of research were the photosynthetic bacteria treatment phase: It studied the cultivation and isolation of purple nonsulfur bacteria, the growth rhythm and influence factors were analysed, and the photosynthetic bacteria which could degrade the practical dye wastewater were naturalized successfully. After the treatment of the process, the removal rates of CODCr and chromaticity color could reach to 91.4% and 96% respectively. The results showed that this biological technology was valuable and applicable to the disposal of practical dye manufacturing wastewater.
