This system is manufactured to improve the technical level of the emulsion pump which is a key equipment used to integrated mechanical excavate coal in colliery. Through supervising the working state of the emulsion pump continuously the system can detect and dispose multi-malfunction, thereby eliminating a variety of paroxysmal accidents, ultimately ensuring that the excavating coal is normal and safe. This supervising system is made up of a set of instrument for collecting data and a blooey diagnosis system achieved by a computer. Through long-distance serial communication the computer connects with the instrument. The instrument whose core is eight digits microcomputer AT89C51 can input and amending the maximal values and medial values of multicenter temperarure, gather and display the data of multicenter temperarure, control the multicenter temperarure and give an alarm through pilot lamp while appearing malfunction. The computer can get several groups of temperarure curves through disposing data incepted from the single chip microcomputer and analyzes malfunctions by the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation according to the principle of the maximal attributive value and the logical attributive area, thereby put forward the reciprocal measures and availably exclude multiplicate mechanical malfunctions. For this system the supervising precesion is precsion, anti-jamming capability is stronger, performance is reliable, the diagnosis of malfunctions and decision-making is relative rationalization, so it will be usefull when real-time control is needed, otherwise it also will be valuable for the inspection of equipments and manufacturing safly.
