With the development of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology,the enterprise has put forward the urgent demand for the early detection,early prevention,low cost maintenance and essential safety of the fault of the water injection pump unit.Therefore,the condition monitoring,fault diagnosis and early warning of the reciprocating water injection pump unit is an important aspect of the safe production in oil field.The Early Risk Warning(ERW)of risk assessment and prediction theory as the guiding ideology,in-depth analysis of oilfield reciprocating injection pump fault,study on risk early warning technology in the application of reciprocating pump,concrete research content mainly includes several parts as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the forms and reasons of the common faults of reciprocating pumps to establish the fault characteristic database of reciprocating pump.The fault condition of reciprocating water injection pump in the Tarim oil field is analyzed.The frequency domain signal characteristic index of vibration is established,and the fault characteristic of the reciprocating pump is accurately characterized by refining the frequency domain spectrum.(2)The reciprocating pump fault risk identification.Due to the traditional fault tree analysis can not get more objective and accurate quantitative data using Fuzzy Fault Tree(FFT)analysis method and fuzzy numbers to describe the probability of basic events,in order to improve the effectiveness and feasibility of the engineering practice.The use of triangular fuzzy number and the minimum cut sets of fault tree to calculate the probability of occurrence of reciprocating pump burning explosion accident.(3)The reciprocating pump risk evaluation based on comprehensive evaluation method.The traditional comprehensive evaluation method in judgment matrix is established when the subjectivity and difficulty modifications,so to calculate the weight of every index is not accurate enough,precedence chart,using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method(FCEM)combining the method of reciprocating pump risk of comprehensive evaluation.In system engineering thought,subjective and objective evaluation together,reflect the safety situation of reciprocating pump system.From the two aspects of human and material to ensure the safety of the reciprocating pump,identify the main factors affecting the safe operation of the reciprocating pump is human factors.(4)The research of reciprocating pump ERW model based on neural network.Establish the ERW grade standard application,through the practical application of reciprocating pump.Finally a more objective and accurate operation of the reciprocating pump good ERW model,the expansion of the application of ERW.
