Coal spontaneous combustion on coal seam is one of the most important disasters. In China, there is about 56 percent coal mine in self-ignition danger. Since March 2001, Xi'an University of Science & Technology has coopertated with Yanzhou Co. Ltd. A column experimental system has been built, which can contain 15 ton of coal sample. Then , by this experimental system, the first experiment for Nantun coal sample of Yanzhou Co. Ltd has been completed. The temperature of the coal sample went up to 400 in the experiment. On the base of a lot of data and literatures,a software has been programmed. By the software, the experiment data can be analyzed .And then the software can automatically form an intergrated experimental report. And that, numerical simulation of coal spontaneous combustion on coal seam can be done.Further,the software can give out dynamic visualization result of the numerical simulation. The paper, firstly, gives out the production of the data in the experiment. Secondly, the paper gives out the mathematical model for numerical simulation and visualization. Thirdly, the process of the software design has been introduced. Finally, the example for the Application of the software is listed.
