Spontaneous combustion of coal is one of the big disaster in the coal product, it's reported that over 56% coal-mine exist such danger in our nation. As we know that the spontaneous combustion is a complex physical and chemical process including the oxidation of coal giving out heat, storing heat cause the temperature rise. So to study the change of the temperature field is a precondition to study the spontaneous parameters in the spontaneous process. Based on experiment unit of coal spontaneous combustion, this paper study the temperature field of the spontaneous combustion using finite element method analysis theory, experimental study and computer simulation, referring to China and foreign countries literature aboard and summarizing the former study result by the numbers. The author analysis the data of experiment unit of spontaneous combustion, comprehend the experiment unit structure, use computer as an assistant. A finite element method model of spontaneous combustion experiment was established using the ANSYS Parametric Design Language of the finite element method analysis system. The temperature of each coal point in the inner oven at a certain time, the temperature change of any point during the spontaneous combustion process and the high temperature point transformation disciplinarians were obtained. The connection profile between the spontaneous combustion period and the high temperature movement was get through altering air leak intension, boundary condition and granularity parameter of coal sample. Invisible three- dimensional output is realized. Finally, taking the coal sample of DongRong coal-mine as an example application, the result shows that the simulation is validity. It is a new application to combine the finite element method analysis technique and the experiment unit of spontaneous combustion together to study and simulate the temperature field. This paper bring forward the finite element method model based on ANSYS software, after analysis and taking real example to prove, we get the conclusion that this model is validity to simulate the experiment temperature field. Using this model can overcome some shortcoming such as the singleness and long time costing of the experiment. After several calculations through change the parameters we get the purpose of optimize the experimental parameters and saving experiment time.
