This piece of article makes a thorough study of the isolation and purification process of paclitaxel, and also dips into the effect that the structure of paclitaxel materials has on the process of chromatography and disassemble bond-taxol.The analyses to the process of the isolation and purification of paclitaxel chromatography shows the core-element structure of yew-alkyl materials mainly affect the conduct of normal-phase chromatography of the yew-alkyl materials while the side-chain structure controls reversion-phase chromatography of the yew-alkyl of materials; the best technical choice for isolation and purification of paclitaxel materials is the combination of the process of both the normal-phase Chromatography and reversed-phase chromatography, conducting the process of the normal-phase chromatography first and then assisted with process of the reversed-phase chromatography. Cation-anion exchange resin can crack and disassemble bond-chromatography, doff the bond-large-molecule and dissociate paclitaxel.This research leads to the best way of the technical process of isolation and purification of paclitaxel, meanwhile offers a typical existing example of the study of the Theory Chromatography Modal .
