The detective wavelength is 250nm, and tR is 13.22min. Second, thin layer chromatography (TLC) is used for Paeonia lactiflora, Polygomun multiflorum, Salviamitiorrhiza and Poria cocos. Last, Attempted to determine the fingerprint chromatography with HPLC, received two fingerprint chromatographys. As the standard to compare with the chromatography of three batch granules. The result shows the chromatography can analyze Paeonia lactiflora, Gastradia, Pueraria labata, Ucaria rhynchophylla and Salvia mitiorrhiza from the Dingyunning granules.
