This article researches on the method of treating paper industry white water by electric pulse, technological device selection and project approximate estimation.In this article, writer discusses several technology of treating about paper industry white water, and through compare at last selects the electric pulse method. Through experiments writer drives the conclusion that in bioflocculation section aluminium sulfate as flocculant, PAM as coagulant aids, CaO as pH modifier, and researches on the contribution of the consuming quantity of flocculant, coagulant aids, PH, SO42-,Cl- to the remove rate of CODcr and SS. At the same time, this article also do some works about device selection, computation of condition and approximate estimation to the whole project, analysis to its possibility.Conclus.ion shows that the electric pulse method of treating paper- making white water can make the disposal rate of CODcr reaching to 94.3%, the disposal rate of SS excess 90%. The CODcr of last outlet water is 46.5mg/l, the SS is only 56mg/l, which can entirely reach to GB or recycle.Comparing with other technologies, this technology has the characters of little investment, cheap running, easy management, simple process flow, which are more fit for minor paper manufactories.
