The Technical Research Of Increasing The Rate Of Penetration Of The Slimhole Window Sidetracking Of Horizontal Wells In Sulige Block

The Slimhole window sidetracking of horizontal wells are drilled on the old wells that have been developed and re-drilled into the new design of oil and gas reservoirs.By changing the bottom of the wells,to improve the development effect,improve the the gas reservoir recovery efficiency,increase the production of the stripper wells and rejection wells.Use of casing window sidetracking technology,not only can save a lot of money,but also improve the recovery efficiency and resources utilization,improve the overall development benefit of oil field,for oil field development to explore a kind of high quality,efficient,economic and practical effective method.How to complete the construction of the slimhole wells quickly and efficiently,to greatly reduce the cost of mining and improve the economic benefits of oil and gas field development.It has important economic and strategic significance for the Sulige block.In this paper,we designed and optimized the wellbore structure and wellbore trajectory profile design of the slimhole sidetracking of horizontal wells,and put forward the trajectory control technology to keep the smooth and precise drilling of the inclined section and the horizontal section.The crown profile of the PDC bit is optimized and the design of the teeth and the rear angle of the cutting teeth,which provides the theoretical basis for the PDC bit which is suitable for the Sulige block formation.The main causes are identified and solved for the frequent failures of the MWD instrument while drilling in slim-hole wells,to ensure the stability of the instrument in the underground construction.Through the theoretical research and on-site construction test,effectively improve the rate of penetration,shortening the drilling period.
