Based on many experimental datum, professor zhanghongmei and other researchers in daqing petroleum institute, has developed a chemical kinetics and coke model according to light hydrocarbon and fractions containing 49 species and 49 reactions which are the best advanced two-dimensional model software for pyrolysis reaction system in china till now, and the current model can describe the cracking reaction and coke course more accurately than the one-dimensional model software which was used ago. This article introduced the principle of this two-dimensional model in brief. Through using the pyrolysis furnace in daqing ethylene unit and running with the producing datum of "w" type furnace, we got a lot of information about the flow along axle and path orientation, heat transfer, reaction and coke in tubular reactor, and this article introduced the principle of this two-dimensional model in brief. Investigating the internal principle between the main factors which effect the flow, heat transfer, reaction course, coke mechanism in tubular reactor and the technical step which is must be adopted, we found out the key factors which effect the law of pyrolysis reacting production profiles, so as to optimize the parameters and direct the production. The calculated conclusion is identical with the issued documents and producing practice in pyrolysis reaction, what's more, this software was fully proved to be superior, accurate and practical. The emphasis of the article was to use the two-dimensional model of pyrolysis tubular reaction to calculate the running datum of "80u"type furnace in daqing ethylene unit, we obtained the information about the flow, heat transfer, concentration and temperature profiles in the tube, and simulated the pyrolysis reacting course. Through calculating, we found out the regularity in affecting the yield of ethylene+propylene production and running period of coil-outlet temperature, steam/feed ratio, coil-pressure drop, coke mechanism in "80u"type furnace, gave out the optimization operational conditions, provided the theoretical direction on industrial production. By analyzing and comparing the calculated conclusion between "w"and"80u"type furnace, the article pointed out the defects in design of "w" type furnace, the advantage and the existing questions of the "80u"type furnace, gave the correcting steps and provide theoretical dependable basis for new type of pyrolysis furnace design and the optimization operational conditions, pointed out the developing direction of pyrolysis furnace. The calculating conclusion was also illustrated by trustworthy evidence, and this model software can be used to direct production and design new type pyrolysis furnace.
