The Friction welding machine is the equipment to realize friction weld. In friction welding, rotational speed and friction pressure directly influence the friction torsion, heats merit rate, welding temperature and the temperature distribution etc, are the most important technology parameters. It will provide the important guarantee means to the research of advanced friction welding technology so long as to realized precise detecting and controlling of friction pressure and rotational speed.The system design thought of measuring & controlling system has been expounded in this text, and the detail of system's software and hardware designing and realization has been discussed.On the base of compared and analyzed the system research present situation in home and abroad, adapting to the developmental requirement of friction welding technology researching, improving system's flexibility, we use the modularization designing scheme to develop the measuring & controlling system.The system design scheme of measuring & controlling system is define according to the independent modular design thinking. The Single Chip Micyoco systems to measure & control the hydraulic pressure and rotates speed are designed into general measuring & controlling modules, which realized respectively measuring and controlling the hydraulic pressure and electrical machinery rotational speed. At the same time, the modules externally provided standard interface and not only be useful for friction welding machine, still be available to other system that needs to measure and control the hydraulic pressure and electrical machinery rotational speed. The Industry Personal Computer as the superior machine controls the system by serial port communication with two SCM modules. The detail of the hardware system design of measuring and controlling system has been discussed, and the detecting signal input and controlling signal output interface of the Hydraulic pressure and rotates speed measuring & controlling units has been discussed. In the design of software system, the serial communication interrupt and the data acquisition interrupt handling has been analysis, and has been specification to the workflow of MCU and IPC by the aid of the flow chart. At the same time, the detail of the antigambling measure used in system has been discussed. According to the development requirement of future, the system can be nothingremains but to improve of the pertinent module or add new module when need to increase the speciality of module or new module. It avoids the repetitive work of large numbers, and raised the reusable value of the module and has important practical meaning.The system has been developed which realize automatic measure and control hydraulic pressure and rotating speed of the friction-welding machine during the research of this text. The system has steady performance, friendly interface and well adaptability and reliability. It has important meaning to raising friction welding quality and the standard of measuring and controlling of friction welding machine.
