| The standard of living is more and more higher than before, the pursuit of the ice cream are also more and more higher. Based on PIC single-chip microprocessor, in this paper, a new type of controlling system for the ice cream machine is developed. Its working principle, hardware organization and software flow chart are given.In this paper, basic characteristic of ice cream and industry of ice cream are introduced, in addition basic structure of ice cream and the potential problem in using the ice cream machine are introduced. Aiming at these problems, the warning device is conceived in the design of hardware and software. Compared to the old controlling system, there is a remarkable characteristic which the hardness of the ice cream can be adjust so as to satisfy the pursuit of various taste of people.As Protel is one of the most popular and famous EDA software that can implement the drawing of schematics and the formation of PCB, so in the design of the external circuit, the software is chose to design and simulate the circuit.As for the software design aspect, corresponding procedure flow chart is designed. Such as master routine flow chart, man-machine communication procedure flow chart. In addition, these charts make the procedure simple and clear, and the controlling system provide a friendly direct-viewing management platform for the user. The controlling system whose software and hardware collocation is reasonable, has convenient design, development, maintenance.At last, the C language programming based on MAPLAB-IDE-PICC for PIC16F877A is described and an example for controlling system for the ice cream machine is also introduced. |
