An Intelligent System For CO₂ Welding Process And Drops Transfer

A new analyzing system for arc welding and parameter of arc was introduced in the paper . It applied the technology of hardware and software. Its hardware consists of a series of electric value sensors, A/D transfer,the adapting interface circuit and microcomputer. The data of current and voltage entered the computer through sensors and A/D transfer. This system can mine data ,save data , analyze data and process data, then print the waveform of current and voltage. In this process special parameters such as the Probability Density Distribution (PDDs) of the instantaneous voltage and current, Class Frequency Distribution (CFDs) for parameter like short-circuit time ,arc burning time and the circle time, mean value of current and voltage , standard deviation , variation coefficient was showed, So that the application of this system can evaluate the arc welding process effectly.
