The Electronic Stripping Tester's Design And Analysis Of The Reliability

In this paper, we present the research and design of the Electronic stripping tester and analysis the reliability of the tester.At first, we introduce the instruction of the tester. In second, we tell the hardware and software at large. In this base, we specially design the serial port and the detect circuit for the tester do its work perfectly.In order to promote the quality, we analyze the reliability of the tester by the reliability theory and construct the reliability method. Using the method of the Failure Mode effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), we analysis reliability of the tester in fact. At last, we get the data of the reliability about the tester.
