PET fibre is favors of people for the reason that it can be washed easily, dried quickly and dressed cozily. But there are several flaws such as lower moisture absorption, easier dirty and making man frowziness etc. So how to improve the moisture absorption and then endow the PET fiber with higher water absorption, water retention and water transportation so as to improve the comfort of clothing during wear has been the aim that almost all fibre manufacturers going in for.There are many ways in improving the fibre's humidity absorption. According to the manufacture practice and equipment character, we can add the acid dissoluble abio-particulate to PET and CDP and then make it being the tiny aperture fibre so as to improve the humidity absorption by disposed the fibre with acid which can take out the abio-particulate from fibre . The innovation and research result of this paper is concentrate on several aspects which were listed below:1. We should filtrate the abio-particulate by it's radius according to the manufacture practice and mix the abio-particulate with PET, CDP together, and then we can research the theological property of the polymer.2. Blend the well fluid mother partieulate and PET, then prepared the fibre using compound filature and carry it through acid dispose .It can take out the abio-particulate from fibre and change the microstructure so as to obtain the micro grotto and breath freely PET fibre.3. We make the fibre into fabric, first of all carry the fabric through acid dispose, and then carry the acid disposed fabric through weight reduction treatment with alkali.4. We can find the best techniques parameter of acid dispose and weight reduction treatment with alkali if we do it using orthogonal experiments. The best techniques parameter of acid dispose is based on 80C, 30min, 5 mol/L.5. If we carry the disposed fabric through humidity absorption and chromatic test, we can find the result that both of them can be improved obviously.
