Humidity controlling is very important on the living environment,goods and the protection of instruments.So the adjustment of humidity is very important.The common method of humidity control is using the air-conditioning technology advanced,But the air-conditioning technology commonly is used to consume a lot of energy and cause the greenhouse.Diatomite has the natural pore structure,can effectively balance the humidity of air and filter the impurities in air.In our country,the content of low grade diatomite is huge.So the Purification and development of low grade diatomite can bring huge social and economic benefit.In this paper,diatomite is purificated by washing?picking and roasting three methods,through control the roasting time,To observe the surface morphology and the absorption and desorption of humidity conditions.Then the purification of diatomite hydrate with Ca(OH)2 preparation diatom materials.Using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)observation of surface morphology of purification of diatomite and diatom materials,Adsorption method to test its moisture absorption and desorption properties,through control temperature and time of hydration reaction,explores the purification process and hydrothermal synthesis process on Purification of diatomite and diatom left the microstructure state material and the influence law of wet suction performance.Then using diatomite for preparing hygroscopic materials to adjust the humidity,Using diatomite prepared hygroscopic material,it not only has the function of moisture absorption and moisture absorption and reversible,but also the characteristics of non-toxic,high porosity,absorbent strong,stable chemical property,abrasion resistance,heat,resistance,energy saving,no pollution etc.Diatomaceous earth and alkali metal Ca(OH)2 and cement reaction,generating insoluble Ca-SiO3,the experiment through change the cement,silicon calcium ratio and light aggregate amount,the prepared humidity material booster maintenance in 1MPa pressure,after drying is measured and calculated its density,flexural strength,moisture absorption quantity,put the wet weight,and then use the line graph to find out the best scheme.Of cement,light weight aggregate on strength and wet absorption effect,and conclude that the strength and density,the relationship between absorbing and releasing moisture.The results show that:compared with the original soil diatoms diatomite washed shell fragments decreased,no significant variation in surface morphology,moisture absorption and desorption rate increased;compared with the original soil after pickling diatom shell surface and micropore inner cleaner,moisture absorption and desorption rate decreased.After baking,roasting the longer the higher the temperature,the more the clean surface,pore is more clear,but the moisture absorption and desorption capacity reduction.In the hydrothermal curing stage,the temperature of 200 ?,diatom hydration of 4h so obtained morph genetic materials moisture absorption effect is the best.The manufacturing stage in the plate,the more the amount of cement,plate strength is more high,the moisture absorption and desorption capacity is low,but lightweight aggregate(perlite)on the absorption ability not put wet effect,but will reduce the strength.
