With the change of consumed conception, people's requirement for garment tends to be more fashionable and more diverse, so the garment industry must adapt to the market need of small quantity, more breed, good quality, quick consignment. MTM (Made to Measure), a kind of manufacture model, come into being. This paper studies on quick respond from male body information and style to individuation pattern based on MTM.This paper includes the foundation of database, the foundation of style database, pattern database, the pattern revising rales database. Firstly, 20-55-year-old men's body form data of north and northeast area, east area and southwest area in China was obtained by manual body form measurement. Then One-Sample T Test, Correlation, Multiple Regression, Cluster and so on were made through Statistics Package for Social Science. As a result, 20~55-year-old men's body form characters of the three areas mentioned above were educed respectively. At last, the three areas' data was united. Accordingly, 20~55-year-old men's body form's general characters of the united area and the change of body height, chest circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference and the difference between chest circumference and waist circumference according to age or body height. Furthermore, the change was compared with the data in GB1335-91. So a dynamic body database is produced. Secondly, through analyzing the connection of body and garment, a style database for MTM is produced. And on using the software of ATUOCAD, a pattern database is produced based on the basic of analyzing the characteristic point and the characteristic line. At last, the theory can be realized by computer language VB.The center of this paper is establishing of the finding specification rules and the preparing patterns rules. Using of fuzzy clustering pattern recognition theory and fuzzy recognition for customer body, we can confirm the kinds of customer body. For the same body kind, we can find the most adjacent specification of this customer size by means of hierarchical analysis in specification database. We create the numberrules of key point and curve in the figure ,and create the patterns revising theory and means , so that we can prove the correctness of the patterns revising theory.
