The printing and dyeing wastewater is one of the typical wastewaters that are difficult to dispose biochemical. To increase the disposal efficiency in a low price is always the goal that many environment researchers purse. In this discourse, it introduces the whole course of constitution and practice of a project for the reconstruction of a printing and dyeing Wastewater Treatment System in shanghai, and it conclude the survey about the wastewater treatment system, the thought why use the anaerobichydrolysis + anoxic + aerobic system, analyzing biochemical kinetics,testing in miniature on anaerobic hydrolysis + anoxic 4-aerobic systemand the reconstruction with the existed the wastewater treatment system. A series of optimized method that can be useful to wastewater treatment system project reconstructing are thought.First, it introduce the general situation of the wastewater treatment system, it include the water supply/ method of printing and dyeing/ variety of dyestuff and additive / drainage / design and run of existing the wastewater treatment/ equipment and so on. Basing on the investigation, it can dig out the limitation of the existed wastewater treatment. In considering the running price, it analyzes the importance of reconstructing the existing system.Basing on the investigation and analysis, bring forward the anaerobichydrolysis+anoxic+aerobic system. From the running effect and price,it discusses the merit and feasibility of the reconstructing system.In order to reducing the risk of reconstructing and getting the experience about the reconstructing project, the researcher carry on thetest in miniature about the reconstructing system. In the research of the test, it seeing about the dispose effect of the COD / chroma / ammonia / general nitrogen in the different consistence of the wastewater contamination and hydrodynamic staying time are observed.In the dynamic research about the anaerobic biofilm and anoxic biofilm.In order to predigest the model, the conception of depth of penetration is introduced. And basing on the conception, it predigest the process of dynamic happening on the biofilm and take biofilm reactor for a ideal perfect mixing reactor. And the species and the numerical measure of the microbe be considered to be same in the inner of the biofilm. In the conversion process of biofilm, only the activity part in the biofilm be utility to the biochemical process and the inactive part is independency to the conversion process. The activity part can be express by depth of penetration. Which is the dimensionless group. After simplified the conception, it can be avoid discussing the biofilm growing kinetics that happening in the reactor. In the research about the kinetics in the aerobic reactor. Basing on the MONOD equation, from the connection betweenthe microbe growth, correlation between sludge growth time and F/M,And from the data obtained from the test in miniature, the corresponding aerobic kinetics parameter can be obtained.To the reconstruction of a printing and dyeing Wastewater Treatment System, it introduces the run and management of wastewater treatment system/ recount and analysis of many kinds of phenomenon and contamination treatment effect/economy index and so on. Base on observation, The ability that biofilm of anaerobic hydrolysis/anoxic decompose the contaminating material in the printing and dyeing wastewater is searched. Why it can be different is analyzed. And phosphorus transformation be analysed.At last, sum up the whole thesis, the research's meaning to project is extracted and some limitations of the research are pointed out. It hope thework that have been done can do some good to the design and reconstruction of similar wastewater treatment project.
