The printing and dyeing wastewater is one of the typical wastewaters that are complex component,high chroma and difficult to dispose biochemic.To treat this wastewater in a high efficiency and low price is always the goal that many environment researchers seek.In this paper,a study has been made on the technics route and running status of the treatment project of wastewater from Erdos Cashmere Group,that is a demonstration item of Nation Project Committee.After an analysis of the problem of high sulfide content in the outflow of anoxic system,instability of the effluent COD and high effluent chroma in the system,we suggested feasible advice for amelioration by small test..First ,it introduce the generalsituation of the wastewater treatment system, it include the water supply,drainage,design and run of existing the wastewater treatment,equipment and so on。Basing on the considerate investigation,it can dig out the limitation and shortage of the existed wastewater treatment and analyzes the necessatity of reconstructing the existing system.Then,based on the analysis of original data and theory, bring forward the anoxic contact hydrolysis + contact oxidation system, From angle of the running effect,it discusses the advantage and feasibility of the reconstructing system..Various influencing factors agaist the system running status were analyzed,the results showed the the temperature and pH were steady correspondingly and had a weak influence upon the system treatment effect;the effluent COD and the removing rate of COD rose with the increase of influent COD,the removing rate of COD rose with the increase of DO;there was a good treatment effect of anoxic system when the amount of active bacterium and zoogloea was large;the effluent water quality was good when the vorticella and the rotifer appeared;when the sulfide content in the outflow of anoxic system was high,the DO of contact oxidation system would decreased,and the effluent waterquality would deteriorate..The coagulating sedimentation experiment and the decolourization test with NaClO were made, the result showed that the remove rate of COD,turbidity,colour can reach to 56%,91%,49%,aiming to check the treatment effect of COD,chroma and turbidity in printing and dyeing wastewater,then supplied the reference to resolving the problems of high sulfide content in the outflow of anoxic system,instability of the effluent COD and high effluent chroma.With regard to the actual reconstruction of wastewater treatment system,this paper was mainly introduced the running circs of the biochemic system.the results showed that it is available to utilize anoxic contact hydrolyze and contact oxidation system to decontaminate the mixed wastewater that consisting of wool scouring wasterwater and printing and dyeing wasterwater,and provide demonstrating significance for the treatment on congeneric wastewater.
