Surface Properties And Printed Matter Tone And Color Rendering Of Laser Paper

With the competition of the market, the consumers have high demands to the package, when they buy the commodities. In order to satisfy the needs of consumers and improve the quality of printing and packaging, corporation begin to make use of new material, technology and technology. In recent years, Chinese cigarette industry have appear cigarette-case of laser paper, which make Chinese cigarette package to take on a new look: from partial decoration with laser material to combine laser material with the whole print area.This paper study the new type of packaging material條aser paper. The surface of laser paper is vacuum plating, when there is light, laser paper can reflect many color. Because of this special surface property , when laser paper is printed, color difference, tone and color can not be easily controlled. With the accumulation of printing experiences, there have been formed well rounded printing technics about the common cigarette-case of art paper, but to the new laser paper, many things only have a start, digital management and printing quality controlling are in the feeling around, such way is too blind, which increased cost and waste time. In order to solve these problems, we will study from these aspects: (1) we will detailedly study the surface properties of laser paper by contrasting laser paper with art paper and gold and silver foil paper and test the glossiness, smoothness,penetrability, absorbency of ink and paper surface efficiency of laser paper, meanwhile we will analyze the difference of surface properties between laser paper and the paper of common cigarette-case. (2) In the experiments, we will draw the tone rendering curve of laser by contrasting with art paper and analyze dot enlargement in order to study the affection to tone rendering of laser paper. (3) We will study the affection to color rendering of trichromatic of laser paper through many experiments and by contrasting laser paper with art paper gold and silver foil paper. In the experiments, we will test color cost, gray value, and color efficiency of every kind of ink. According to the result, we wi 11 draw the round range picture to analyze affection to color rendering of surface properties of laser paper. (4) In order to assure rationality of tone arid color rendering of printed matter, we will draw the printing contrast and color contrast curve through the experiments, meanwhile we will analyze the two contrast by mathematical way to get the optimal solid density of laser paper.Through the study of this paper, we can help printing corporation to control color separation and gray balance in order to make sure printing parameter and form regular and digital quality management, which can avoid repeated proofing and save time.
