Epoxy /nano-MMT/ 203#PA coatings were prepared by means of intercalation. They improved the behaviors of curing epoxy and the best composition was concluded as the coatings of anti-erosion wearing and corrosion resistance . First the tensile-shear strength of epoxy /nano-MMT/ 203#PA coatings was measured when different compositions of reacting materials and the conditions of curing were studied, then the influences of curing time, curing temperature, the ratio of epoxy, 203#PA and the amounts of nano-MMT were analyzed. On the same conditions three compositions were compared among epoxy /nano-MMT/ 203#PA, epoxy /fly ash/ 203#PA and epoxy /fly ash/T-31. The corrosion conditions during four media such as water, motor oil, HCl solution and NaOH solution were considered and the feasibility of epoxy /nano-MMT/ 203#PA composites as anti-wearing and corrosion resistance coatings was studied on different conditions such as different abrasive particle sizes, concentrations, angle, particle speeds, curing agents and filters. According to the experiment results the tensile-shear strength of epoxy /nano-MMT/ 203#PA coatings is 35.2% higher than epoxy /fly ash/ 203#PA and the erosion wearing rate is 49.1% lower than it.
