The four explosion disasters, which is often seen in the industrial manufacturing ,and their safety technology have been probed into both abstractly and practically in this paper. Theoretically, the explosion limits, explosion pressure and the minimum ignition energy etc, known as the common explosion parameter, have been dealt with. At the same time the relationship of the Maximum Allowance Oxygen Content and the explosion limits also have been presented in a creative way. During the mensuration and the caculation of the minimum ignition energy, involved the excessive error in the traditional way and the more precise method of determination and computing have come up with. In the viem of the generating mechanism and characteristic of the four explosion disasters, the corresponding safety technology and defence measures come to. For the used explosion suppression devices are redesigned and accomodated theoricallly, moreover through the test the effect of which is perfect. A set of the inhibition of the ablazed explosion was proposed, easily arised by the temprature runaway in the production of the TNT . According to the four common explosion disasters,through the considerable experiments, the explosion mechanism and the common explosion parameter and its affecting facters have been worked over. From these experiments some new type safety technology have been explored. Also by earnestly studing and investigating in practice, some orginal devices and expresimental methods have been improved on; for : the progress of the gas admeasurement in the gas explosion,and the betterment of the explosion suppression equipments. In light of the explosion mechanism , the two kinds of the explosion supression brought forth in this paper, have gained the satisfied effects through the real experiments. Additionally, the other methods followed has aquainted from incorporating the explosion characteristics and generaling the practical experiences, also has the strong instructional guidences in the industry manufactures. The new method of the explosion suppression , just through theoretical verification, can applying both in the substantive conservation of the original materials and in the effective control of the emergency of the accidents, embrace the important consulting value.
