The Development Of Spin-finishes For High-speed Spinning Of Nylon 6 Cord Fabric

In this paper, the development processing of spin-finishes suitable for high-speed spinning of Nylon 6 cord fabric is expounded. In addition problems concern are analysed in theory.Firstly, based on the separation and identification of surface active agents, the spin-finishes FDY-371 imported from Germany is preliminary tested by some chemical analysis, the spin-finishes is non-ion surface active agents. The FDY-371 is separated by column chromatogram. After choosing the optimum separate condition, the FDY-371 is separated by column chromatogram of preparation and the quantity of the components is ascertained, the molecular structure of the components is decided by IR, UV and 1H NMR etc. Secondly, the monomers are devised referring to the result of analysis of the FDY-371, the monomers are synthesized by high pressure apparatus. Through the study of synthesis condition, the best condition is obtained and the properties of the monomers is tested and analyzed.At Last, based on the result of analysis of the FDY-371, the recipes are devised on the basic of the properties of the monomers and quantity of the components. The optimum recipe G-3 is obtained and improved by adding the reagent which can be used to adjust the heat decompose property, and the recipe KG is obtained.The contrast of properties of the FDY-371 and the KG indicates that the properties of the KG are correspond to that of the FDY-371.
