| The concentration distribution of both internal and external cover of CTST were measured and studied in a experiment column with 600mm inner diameter. The experiment was performed with enriched carbon dioxide water-air system for desorption operation.The liquid-phase and gas-phase concentration distributions of both internal and external cover were measured. The results indicate that the liquid-phase concentration decreases and gas-phase concentration increases with height of cover. The influence of Fo factor weir height and liquid flow on liquid-phase concentration of both internal and external cover were discussed. It is shown that the most important factor is weir height, and the less is Fo factor.The amount of mass transfer and mass transfer percentage of different cover section were studied. The results indicate that the mass transfer percentage of lifting section, spraying section and external cover are 50-70%, 10-17% and 20-35%.The results will be helpful to the structure optimization of CTST.A math model that described the mass transfer properties of CTST was established. The relationship of mass transfer efficiency and NTU were presented. Equations of NTU and transfer efficiency were deduced based on the experimental data. |
