Nanostructure materials have been fabricated by electrodepositing into nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide templates .In recent several years, the method that has received considerable attention due to several unique structure properties such as controllable pore diameter extremely narrow size diameter and ideal cylindrical shape of pores, moreover it is possible to change film thickness and pore diameter depending on the varying oxide conditions.In this paper, we firstly study effective factors of pore diameter and film thickness during the process of the template preparation, such as electrolyte solution, the oxidize voltage, temperature and time The result shows that those are main influence factors of this membrane structure. Secondly, Arrays of nickel nanowires has been fabricated by electrodeposition of the metal into template, porous anodic aluminum oxide(AAO). The nickel was assembled with the form of nanowires in the template. In this experiment, Assemble system of template and electrodeposited nickel nanowires were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) , atomic force microscopy (AFM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and the electron probe microanalyzer. Additionally, The electrodeposition process was investigated with the technique of polarization curves. Finally, it is by ultraviolet radiation spectral analysis show that assemble system of nickel nanowires and AAO template have special characterization of light absorb.
