In recent years, fabricating nanostructure materials by using the porous anodic aluminum oxide template (AAO) has received considerable attention as it have almost same size diameter, high bore density and parallel spar bore each other, beside sit is possible to change template thickness and pore diameter depending on the varying oxide conditions.In the experiment, we researched the range of voltage and the variety of current in different electrolytes. Firstly, we studied effective factors such as the oxidize time, the oxidize voltage and enlarging bores time as well as temperature, and then respectively discussed each effective factors so as to obtain optimal technics on fabricating porous anodic aluminum oxide membrane. We made use of computer to record the current-time curves of oxidation process and recognized the growing process of preparing AAO template due to the analysis of curve-time recorded.The result shows the AAO template is different, prepared in different electrolytes (oxalic, sulfuric and phosphoric acid solution). AAO template formed in oxalic acid had regular nano-pore and can be used to prepare nanometer array materials or nano-copy. According to control the variety of current, we realized the preparing process that is repeated, controllable and batch, it provided a good method for the development of nano-material industry.We fabricated Ni and Fe nano-wire in AAO template by direct electrodeposition, it prepared for the measurement of nanowire in future. Anodic aluminum oxide template and nanowires are characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) Atomic Force Microscope(AFM). The results of SEM and AFM pictures show that the arrangement, diameter, and regulation are consistent with the bores of AAO template. The diameters and length of nanowires change with both the diameter of AAO template and the electrodeposition time.
