Investigation On Creep Test System

Based on 60's traditional creep test machine, the paper develops creep test system with virtual instrument technique. Main research content in this paper is as follows:1. The paper studies DAQ module's design according to DAQ NI-6024E, and combines simulation filter technique and data filter technique to ensure sample data veracity.2. The paper brings forward a new kind of method- event notify timing for settling the blemish of software long timing. Through experiment, this method proved to be feasible. It not only settles the interference between many procedure modules, but also avoids signal drop.3. The paper studies the power supply's controlling method. By software trigger, the controlling signal that is generated from the DAQ' s DO port controls the external insulated circuit, and effectively realizes to supervise the temperatureFinally, through 12CrlMoV 50 hour's creep test, this system proves to reach the instrument product standard.
