| This paper studies the mechanism of heat and mass transfer in vacuum drying of electric insulating material, the theory of mass spectroscopy, and the principle of on-line measurement. A measurement system that is composed of a new type Al2O3 resistive humidity sensor is introduced. Real results are given and they are proved to be reliable by math method.The humidity-sensitivity detector of this trace moisture monitoring system of the insulation is a new-type Al2O3 resistive humidity sensor. Through the sensor, the trace moisture signal is acquired, transformed into the digital signal via the signal transition circuit and single-chip computer system and outputted directly, and then the trace moisture on-line monitoring of the insulations during the vacuum drying is realized.The fruitful meaning of this paper lies in accomplishing the real-time monitoring of electric insulating material's trace moisture during the vacuum drying with the help of the advanced monitoring instrument, changing the traditional off-line and static test method, enhancing the drying quality of the insulations, optimizing the technical process of vacuum drying, shortening the drying time, saving energy and reducing exhaustion. |
