This paper determined the dispersion method of nanometer particles in the liquid phase according to the dispersion procedure of nanometer particles in the liquid phase, and optimized the dispersion procedure and parameter of nanometer particles, then found the optimal batch formula of electroless composite plating with nanometer particles, studied that every parameter is how to influence the deposition velocity and how many nanometer particles incorporate into the composite coating. Furthermore, we analyzed the surface topography and structure of electroless composite coating with nanometer particles,and studied the mechanical properties, physical properties and chemical properties of the coating. The result shows that with the incorporation of nanometer particles, the mechanical properties of electroless composite coating with nanometer particles is better than Ni-P alloy coating; the anti-oxidation susceptibility of electroless composite coating with nanometer particles is also better than Ni-P coating under the same condition; the corrosive nature of Ni-P coating is worse than the composite coating in the same corrosion circumstance; under the same condition, the magnetic properties of electroless composite coating with nanometer particles is changed due to the incorporation of nanometer particles; incorporating nanometer particles with photocatalysis into the composite coating, the coating has photocatalysis in the same way, so this provide a kind of method to fabricate carrier loading nanometer particles with photocatalysis.
