In order to enhance rivalrousness of middle and small mold & dies enterprises' design and manufacture ability, based on the technology of web and databases integration and web show of graph, the purpose of this paper is to research on dispersed heterogeneous mold & dies standard part library based on web. On the bases of analyzing characteristic of disperse application system. The architecture model of the dispersed heterogeneous mold & dies standard part library integrating application platform has been put forward. And analyzing the technology of dynamic web and web databases access, the ideas of realizing dispersed heterogeneous mold & die standard part library employed the technology of middle piece integration in scenario of federation databases integration. And on the bases of analyzing the technology of graphic display, integrated interface is employed VRML graphic file format had been put forward. Java3D can realize the function of standard part graphic display. In the end, according to ideas of software engineering and method and colligated application of the advanced software technology, for example groupware and developed tool, the prototype system of research and development on an integration application platform for the dispersed Heterogeneous mold & dies standard part library based on web has been designed and developed. The research of this paper has certain theory and fact signification for research of integrating application of dispersed heterogeneous standard part library in other fields. At the same time, it is important to the research and practice of web graphic technology of standard part library in other fields for consult value.At the end of this paper, the security problems and its solutions are posed and discussed.
