Low-temperature plasticity resin as bone fixed materials is developing fast and it is becoming the substitute of medical plaster, its advantages are: hot distortion temperature is low; the solidifying and molding are very quick; the execution and use are convenient; hardness greater ; no warp after harden; do not have poisonous and side effect to skin; thorough X-ray, can carry though trail inspection for bone at any time; it is lighter, so the action of wounded personnel is facilitate. But because of the restriction of technology condition and cost, this kind of material does not get the application of the biggest scope.This test chooses general industrial VC/VAc copolymer as raw material, various supplement material additives are also the common conventional avirulent additive on industry; The plastic material processing routine is also the universal method to make the thermoplastic plate of low temperature of VC/VAc copolymer that accords with medical requirement that its softening temperature is 55℃.The processing of low temperature plasticity VC/VAc copolymer resin as bonefixed materials is: weighing-compounding- extruding to make grain- pressing or injecting molding.First determined to the comparatively succeed material prescription preliminarily through an orthogonal experiment, with this as a foundation, carried out only-factor experiment continuously. We have studied that the influence of various additive contents on material performance such as the soften temperature and the heat-bearing time, determined the best material prescription eventually. Combined the Omnipotence Test Machine Impactor SEM Infrared Spectrum Instrument at the same time, studied the microcosmic structure and the mechanism performance of this kind of Low Temperature Plasticity Resin as Bone Fixed Material particularly.From the research, We have gotten such conclusion: The increase of complex plasticizer's content is helpful for material mould to melt processing, the material softening point drops and the breaking elongation rises at the same time, other mechanics performance drops. And the influence of DOP exceeds Epoxidized Soybean Oil, The increase of Dibutyltin Dilaurate's content straight leads to the heat-resisting time prolonging, but it is not obvious for the other performance. The increase of Zinc Stearate and Calaiurn Strarate's content is propitious to the material processing, usually causes reduction material's mechanics performance, when the content of the latter in material exceed 2.5, it can make the impacting strength has a tendency of ascend, but it's influence on other performance is not large. In the mix processing course of VC/VAc copolymer and various additives, the control of temperature is most important. The combination between the solid pellet of lubricant and polymer macromolecule is not quite close, this is one of the reason of the material's lower impacting strength. According to the finished product of the best prescription production, it's softening temperature and heat-resisting time have reached our expected requirement, and realized to reduce the cost of raw material. How to make the combination between polymer's macromolecule and solid auxiliaries pellet more close, so as to raise material further fight impact strength as well as other mechanics performance, is the major problem that our work of next step will solve.
