This paper emphasizes the spinning mechanism of Siro-series based on the former research.This paper established the quasistatic model for Sirospun at the beginning, and made a particular analysis on this model, for the character, like performance and appearance, of the Sirospun yarns mainly depends upon whether the convergence point of Sirospun system is stable or not. This model is based on the force balance and dynamics conservation characters of Sirospun. system (such as: mass conservation, energy conservation, and momentum conservation), and equations educed from the quasistatic model is self-closed, so all the important mechanics parameters of the convergence area can be solved. The establishment, resolvent and partial validation of Sirospun's quasistatic model are completed in this part.Later the movement track of convergence point of Sirospun is studied. We supposed that mass center locates on the convergent point, and firstly defined the conception of control volume, which is the study object. According to the control volume, linear dynamical model and nonlinear dynamical model for Sirospun are established to describe the movement track of convergence point, and a series of effective maths method are applied to resolve the model. Additionally, possible geometrical character of convergence area Various trajectories of the exterior composite yarns and the performance of Sirospun yarns are discussed.Sirofil is derived from Sirospun. Since Sirofil is composed of staple yarns and filament yarns, which are definitely different from each other in characters, the study on the stability of convergence point of Sirofil become very complex. And the ideal quality of the final yarn is difficult to control. Based on this problem, the two main factors, which affect stability of convergence point is studied, namely the twist distribution and torque of staple yarns and filament yarns: At first, the feature of Sirofil and twist of staple and filament yarns in the Sirofil's end yarnare discussed, later the twist distribution of staple fine yarns and filament yarns during the process of Sirofil-spun and the factors, such as spinning speed, pretension on filament, space, twist of the final yarn, which influence the distribution between on the basis of the above are tested and analyzed.In the last part of the paper, the relationship between the torque of staple fiber yarns and filament yarns and themselves' characters are firstly discussed, and then the introduction of yarn torque's testing method and principle are given. Then the relationship of various factors(such as twist, count, pretension, fiber,properties etc.) influencing the torque of staple fiber yarns and filament yarns are analyzed.
