At present, more and more serious energy crisis and environmental protection problem force dust separator to develop toward low-resistance and high-efficient, but performance index which runing actually of different forms cyclone dust separator which used extensively can't meet the demands far, so to develop a low-resistance and high-efficient cyclone dust separator which suitable for our national conditions is an important subject of scientific researches of present environmental science.At present, have studied measure of resistance reduction of different structure forms, but because of various kinds of negative effects, the majority measure of resistance reduction lose real value. This thesis is on the basis that analyze theory of flowing field and density field in cyclone dust separator. Propose a new form cyclone dust separator that adopt down-exhaust and installation reflecting screen and undertaking second purify to partly purified gas.Verify its effect of guarantee efficiency and resistance reduction through experiment. Bring forward a new way for study of resistance reduction of cyclone dust separator .
