The degradation of poisonous organic wastewater is always a difficult problem in environment fields. This urgently need to exploit new ways of wastewater treatmen -t with high efficiency. At present, the inve -stigation in this field is a hot topic.The technology of ozone combined with corona discharge uses the synergism of the two methods to decompose the pollutant. Because two of them can produce hydro -xyl radical with high efficiency. The hydroxyl radical can oxide contamination fleetl y, efficiently and without choice. The pollutant can be decomposed into small molecu les, even into carbon dioxide and water.This paper investigated the decompose of Benzole acid, through wich we can make it sure that the best condition of this equipment is : the velocity of flow of oxygen is 80L/h , the best frequency of pulse is 80Hz, the best distance of electrode -s is 20cm.It is approved that the efficiency of treatment is very high either in low acidity or low alkaline solution, the effection of synergism is very distinct. In high acidi ty or alkaline solution the efficiency is very low. When it is neutral, the efficiency of 4-nitrophol and Benzole acid are very high, but the efficiency of Meta-Dichlorob -enzene is 40%. The effect of synergism is very visible when the p H is in the area of 5 to 9The effect of synergism of decomposing the concentration of is much obvious and eff icient than the decomposing of TOC. In 10 minuts, 4-nitrophol whose concentration is 100mg/L, can be decomposed completely, however TOC just be decomposed 49.8%. So that this technology can be used to enhance the B/C of wastewater, which has great foreground in treating poisonous organic wastewater.Based on the analyzing the resultant of the decomposing of 4- nitrophol can infer the decomposing mechanism. 4-nitrophol can be oxided into Hydroquinone, pyroca techol and 4-nitroquinone. Through the effect of high-energy electron, which are deco mposed into formic acid, acetic acid, carbon dioxide and water. Then, we can conclud e that the effect of synergism can decompose C-C, C-N,-OH, -CHO, -COOH and C-Cl functional group and so on .Through the initiate concentration experiment , can ascertain the kinetics equa-tion, which is namely: VA = -dCA I dt = 1.79 x 10-3 CA .This inetics equation canprovide the direction for industrial application, further more, it can be the gist for se -tting up the water treatment model.
