| Organophosphorous pesticide is most widely used in China which accounts for above 70% of all kinds of organic pesticides. The production waste water has the characteristics of high concentration, high toxicity and high salt content. Therefore, traditional physical and biological methods can not fulfill the treatment requirements. In this article, high voltage pulse corona combined with ozone was used to decompose the macromolecule so that biodegradation of the organophosphorous pesticide waste water is improved. This technology and facility has been applied in Zhejiang Jiangxing Chemical Co.,Ltd.Based on the experiments, it is found out Venturi mixer and pipe reactor increase the mass transfer efficiency and contact time to improve the removal rate of organic pollutants. The optimum experimental conditions are obtained as follows: flow rate of ozone was 2.48g/h, initial pH value was 9, pipe length was 5m, impulse voltage was 30kV and reaction time was 20min. simulated DDVP, Phoxim and Acephate waste water were treated under conditions mentioned above. After 6 min, B/C value reached the maximum. According to the analysis results of GC-MS, degradation route of DDVP is deduced.The facility of high voltage pulsed corona combined with ozone was applied in waste water treatment in Zhejiang Jiahua Group Co., Ltd. The parameters for 1.5t pesticide waste water are as follows: flow rate of ozone was 50g/h, initial pH value was 9, pipe length was 10m, impulse voltage was 30kV and reaction time was lh. Degradation rate of CODCr of methamidophos and organophosphorous pesticide waste water with initial CODCr value of 29200mg/L and 19580mg/L were 40.41% and 37.26% separately. B/C values increase from 0.10 and 0.17 to 0.21 and 0.29.Financial analysis indicates that technology of high voltage pulsed Corona Combined with Ozone is cheaper than biological method. So it is feasible in practical application. |
