Through a mount of experiments and its analysis on algae growth characteristic and phosphorus and nitrogen removing in the paper , proper algae species and reasonable methods of immobilized algae were acquired, which included that Chlorella should be immobilized by alginate and Lyngbya limnetica. should be immobilized by attached system.The result of experiment on inoculating density of the immobilized Chlorella alginate ball showed that the removal of phosphorus and nitrogen in wastewater was directly proportional to holding capacity of algae cell in alginate ball, meanwhile , considering the light-shading and other factors me beginning algae cell of low density should be used in immobilized alginate ball. The reharding of alginate ball can improve greatly the maximum holding capacity of algae cell, put off me alginate ball leaching, arrive a 90.1% and 95.2% removal efficiency for NH4+-N and PO43--P respectively in 3 days.The experiment of Lyngbya limnetica attached system showed that the best removal efficiency of NH4+-N, PO43--P was achieved in N/P10:1, middling density of attaching material, through 2days hungry and biomass at 1.0g/L. From the dynamic experiment of Lyngbya limnetica attached system, a good removal efficiency on N and P in effluent of primary municipal wastewater could be met by algae attaching system, the average removal efficiency of N and P in HRT 3 days was 85.9%, 63.0% respectively in 19days continuous reaction.The research result about algae immobilized system, which was fresh in our country , give a new theory basis for N and P removing in municipal wastewater. |
