The nitrogen and phosphorus of some sewage treatment plants effluent are high. It leads to eutrophication if flow into the water, and results in a lot of harm. The "12th-five-year" plans to improve the emission requirement of nitrogen and phosphorus. Many sewage treatment plants face with the transformation.Screening filler used self-designed device. Selecting ordinary suspended balls and modified suspended balls to do comparison test under aerobic conditions. The test showed that modified suspended ball was better than ordinary suspended ball for nitrification filler. Selecting compound filler, flexible three-dimensional filler and modified suspended balls to do comparison test under anoxic condition. The test showed that modified suspended ball was better than the other two for de-nitrification.Take AJA/O process as an example explore the nitrogen and phosphorus of biochemical pool after dosing filler by self-designed and self-installed device. Determining the best operating conditions follow the principle to maximize and improve nitrogen and phosphorus removal of the system after reaction starts successfully. The test showed that the removal of water quality objectives of this device was better in a certain conditions, which the sludge age was9d, the sludge return ratio was80%, and nitrification liquid reflux ratio was200%. The removal of COD, ammonia, TN and TP were85.8%,86.8%,47.0%,84.4%respectively.Dosing filler to aerobic pool and he operation shows that the removal of COD, ammonia, TN and TP were90.1%,93.6%,55.9%and88.6%respectively, and increased4.3%,7.5%,8.9%and3.8%than the previous in the conditions of laboratory temperature for25℃. It was conducive to the nitrification after dosing filler to aerobic pool, and increasing the removal of ammonia and TN. The removal of COD and TP also increased. At the same time, the impact load capacity of the system had also been enhanced.Dosing filler to anoxic pool and the operation shows that device still kept high removal efficiency in the conditions of laboratory temperature for15℃, and the removal of COD, TN and TP were90.2%,56.4%and90.0%respectively. The removal of ammonia decreased as the temperature droped, it was88.6%. The microbial biomass of system increased after dosing filler to anoxic pool, and enhanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal of the systemIt strengthens the nitrogen and phosphorus removal of the swage treatment plant, improve the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency. It provides some scientific basis of construction and operation of the sewage treatment plants at the same time.
