It is Y type of reflective fiber- optic probe head adapted in the paper that integrates micro-displacement and surface roughness measurement device which is composed of Luminescence Diode(LBD) Phase Locking Amplifier, Fiber-optic probe head Electric eye and so on.In this paper , the theory of displacement measurement of Y type of reflective fiber-optic probe is discussed and analyzed by mathematic methods , and we introduce the basic calculation formula relative curve between displacement and response sensitivity, characteristic curve ,which is important in experiments when we measure micro-displacement biggish displacement and surface roughness .meanwhile ,wea photoelectricity signal disposal technique is further discussed ,by means of phase locking amplifying in the paper ,weak signal is disposed and amplified 106 times and its Signal/Noise (S/N) can be improved 1000 times .In the last section of the paper, Surface Roughness of many Normal slice, Aluminium slices Glass slices is measured ,and the results are identical to academic value .The means which can enhance the measuring precision through the experiments and analyse is expounded , which is very value to research and development in the future .
