Key technology of WSN data transmission for multi-parameters cutting processmonitoring is studied in this thesis. A WSN data transmission system for cuttingprocess monitoring has been built basing on the study.The author designs the RF transceiver circuit based on CC1110. A low powerconsumption WSN communication protocol and a visual monitoring program for theWSN system are developed. There are many interference sources in the industrial field.Therefore, wireless communication error rate is often very high. To solve this problem,the transmit RF power and the receiver sensitivity of WSN nodes must be improved.So, an external high performance RF front-end circuit is required for this WSN datatransmission system.A ultra-high efficient medium power Class-A linear RF power amplifier isdesigned in this paper. The power gain of this PA is18.20dB. The output power is28.20dBm when the power of input RF signal is10dBm.The VSWR of the PA’s twoports is also very low. The efficient of the PA is43.3%, it almost approach the idealefficient of Class-A power amplifier.In this paper, a LC-Balun is designed and compared with LTCC-Balun. Theaverage insertion loss of the LC-Balun is2.27dB.This value is close to the averageinsertion loss of the LTCC-Balun.A low noise amplifier is built base on MMIC. The small-signal gain of this LNAis16.73dB, it is very close to the ideal value.At last, the two kinds of WSN nodes are designed and the data transmission errorrate is tested in different situations. The error rate of the WSN system in this paper incase of interference has been largely reduced.
