The Study Of NC Process Of Double-Side High-Speed Lapping Machine

To meet the requirement for numerical-control (NC) high-speed lapping machine,this paper uses the NC way to control the ascending course of pressure of lap on the basic of ordinary double-side solid abrasives high-speed lapping machine.This paper uses a AT90S8515 new type single-chip as host computer, to control the export of electricity/gas converter.Moreover, this paper uses the numerical-control way to control the ascending course of pressure of lap, optimizes the pressure rising curve, makes the vibration of the machine and impact to the work piece reduce greatly, improves the technological level and machining accuracy of rubbing.This paper adopts advanced and credible system of input and output which makes the operated and controlled become more easy. This paper achieves on-line measurement, so the efficiency of machining is improved greatly.
