Research On Double-side Lapping Method And Technology Of Cylindrical Roller

Precision cylindrical roller plays an important role in the field of precision engineering.It is widely used in precision bearings,especially ceramic cylindrical roller,is considered as an ideal choice for high speed and quality bearings,especially the airmail engine,and received a great success in precision bearings.It has a resistance to elevated temperatures,wearability,corrosion resistance resistance,high speed,high toughness,long life,rub resistance,high stiffness,light weight,anti-magnetic,insulating,and can bear the lack of oil lubrication and other excellent features,however,because of the poor process consistency and high processing costs,it is difficult to obtain a higher degree with traditional processing and cylindrical roller processing approach is limited in the application of science and technology.For this reason,many scholars have proposed a variety of grinding methods,but these methods are often limited by precision problems,operational control agency problems and production capacity.To solve the irregularity and low processing efficiency on the cylindrical roller grinding surface and poor consistency,this paper proposes a method of grinding.This method can achieve a number of cylindrical roller ultra-precision and high consistency processing by controlling the speed of grinding plate,so to obtain uniform cylindrical surface grinding,cylindrical error quick fix to improve the machining accuracy and machining efficiency.This article mainly research and analysis from the ground track of the distribution on cylindrical surface,pressure distribution,process optimization and other aspects.Through the simulation of the double-side plane grinding processing,the establishment of method of evaluation uniform cylindrical roller surface processing,analysis the influence of model parameters on the uniformity of track and optimize grinding the parameters.Optimize the processing of cylindrical roller grinding parameters to obtain the best combination.And discuss the process parameters influence on the processing results.
