This paper introduce the development of the antilaser nonlinear optics nonlinear optical mateials and the idea of the reverse saturable absorption.Five derivatives of metal phthalocyanines were synthesized. The structures of products were characterized by means of IR,HNMR spectra and elementary analysis. And then , the metal phthalocyanine/ polymethy methacrylate(PMMA) were prepared. One of metal phthalocyanines was plated, and the effect of reverse saturable absorption performance was discussed after plated.Then the nonlinear reverse saturable absorption measurements of composite materials were performed with a frequency-doubled Q switched Nd:YAG laser with 10ns laser pulse at 532nm. The main factors that affect the performance of reverse saturable absorption and optical limiting of the materials were discussed.
