| Rapeseed meal was used as the experimental material which was provided by Jutai oil factory in guang'an city of Sichuan Province in this article. After Rapeseed meal was pretreated, bad ingredient in it was wiped off chemically by oxalate solution and hydrochloric acid solution with methanol solution seperately, and deputy products after detoxification also were used more to realize comprehensive utilization of rapeseed meal.Thereinto detoxification methods with oxalate solution were devided into detoxification method with oxalate water solution and detoxification method with oxalate water solution and methanol. The experiment results were as following :(1) when phytic acid was extracted by oxalate water solution, the optimum parameter were as follows: oxalate concentration 0.05-0.1 mol/1, pH 6.5~7.5,temperature 30℃..duration of 3 hours, and the ration between deposit solvent and rapeseed meal 9 or so. Phytic acid was extracted directly from rapeseed meal by oxalate water solution, which was the huge progress of detoxification method through water solution; While phytic acid was extracted by oxalate water solution, maleficence ingredients were also wiped off basically ,such as glucosinate,tannin et al. Thus the detoxification effect was very good. But a bit much loss of dry substance, the slow filtration speed,the much water taken by residue and high energy use were deficiency of detoxification method through oxalate water solution, which were also limitation of detoxificational method through water solution .(2) The follows were detoxification conclusion of making use of mixture solution with methanol and oxalate: when methanol chroma was more than 70 percent, the dry substance loss in rapeseed meal debased quickly, the speed of natural filtration increased distinctly, solution volume after filtration augmented and the solution taken by rapeseed meal lessened a great deal. At the same time because heat energy of evaporation of methanol is smaller than water, energy use of drying rapeseed through mixture solution with methanol and oxalate was lower than through oxalate water solution; and mixture solution with methanol and oxalate wiped off tannin, glucosinate et al down right as well . These merits of methanol deserved use for reference. Mixture solution with methanol and oxalate didn't wiped off phytic acid effectively, so detoxification body need be altered more.Whereas merits of methanol solution, we make use of mixture water solution with methanoi and muriatic acid to wipe off bad components in rapeseed meal barring fibrin, fixed on optimumtechnology parameter and simulate industry appliance. Conclusions are as follows:(3) Muriatic acid and methanol solution as detoxification body,the detoxification of rapeseed meal was studied.The experient results show that the optimum parameter were as following: Muriatic acid content 4%,methanol content 90%,water content 6%,the ratio of extracting solvent (ml) and rapeseed meal (g) 5~8,room temperature and duration of extraction 30 minutes; Muriatic acid and methanol solution can get rid of bad components in rapeseed meal effectively. According to the optimum parameter for detoxifiction, phytic acid, tannin and glucosinate were wiped off 90.3%,86.5%,86.8% respectively; And dry substance loss was small. While detoxification, the speed of natural filtration was also faster, so rapeseed meal was thoughtto be detoxified through drenching and washing equipment; Rapeseed meal after detoxification dried easily ,so energy resource was thrifited and its colour was shallow. Methanol may be reclaimed to use circularly, which adapt to technology appliance.(4) while methanol and muriatic acid solution drenched and washed rapeseed meal, the bigger diameter and the higher height of rapeseed meal in glass volume, the worse detoxification effect, especially effect of removing phytic acid and tannin,which was deficiency of detoxification on dreaching ang washing; When methanol and muriatic ac...
