New Method For Producing Substitution Of Fishmeal And Extracting Phytic Acid From Removed Shell Rapeseed Cake

The concrete experiment results as following:(1) When phytic acid was extracted by HCl and Ethanol,the optimum parameter were as following: HCl volume content 3%; Ethanol volume content 60%; water volume content37%; the optimum ratio of extracting solvent(mL) and rapeseed meal(g) was 5: 1, room temperature and duration of extracting was 45minutes, times of withdrawing was two.(2) The detoxification of removed shell rapeseed cake by HCl and Ethyl alcohol solution has produced an obvious result or effect. Under the optimum conditions, the glucosinate content can be under examined in dry rapeseed cake, the rate of removing phytic acid was 94.11%, dry substance of rapeseed cake can be reserved 67%,the totle protein increased 1.39% and the totle amino acids increased 6.38% after detoxificating. Most of sustenance can be reserved to increased nutrition of dry rapeseed cake.(3) The removed shell rapeseed cake which color was white after detoxificating can obviously promote the growth of mice, and also could be mixed with Ordinary feed for raising. It was a good supplement to protein for animals.(4) There was a large quantity of phytic acid in extracting solution, which content reach up to 10.73%. Separating and purification of phytic acid can be propitious to realize utilization and also can increase comprehensive utilization of rapeseed.(5) The extracting solution of removed shell rapeseed cake has contain a lot of metal ion and minerals ion,so we can take advantage of these ion to precipitate phytic acid instead of traditional method which add some external mineral ion(calciumion).The working procedure has be simplified to precipitate phytic acid or phytic.(6)The optimum parameter to precipitate phytic acid from extracting solution of removed shell rapeseed cake as following: HCl volume content 3%; room temperature and duration of extracting was 45minutes, times of withdrawing was two, then adjust pH with NaOH to keep pH is between 9 to 10.after discard the solution,wo should use 0.3mol/l HCl dissolve the sediment before purification of phytic acid with ion resin.(7).The optimum parameter of purification of phytic acid with ion resin as following: weak alkaline ion-exchange resin is more effective than strongly basic ion-exchange resin, D315 ion-exchange resin is the best adsorption efect for phytic acid. phytic acid solution flowing past 732 type positive ion-exchange resin with 2% BV/min, after that take 2% BV/min speed flows past the D315 resin,then take 2mol/l HCl with 3% BV/min speed wash phytic acid whichi was absorpted by D315 ion-exchange resin.(8) Purification of phytic acid with ion-exchange resin has a good result. The content of phytic acid in extracting solution was 3.52%, after processing with this method, 91.10% phytic acid can be obtained from extracting solution, The purity quotient reach to76.84% more higher than 70% which is nation standard. Above calculating phytic acid collecting rates reaching 85% with removed shell rapeseed cake.(9) After precipitating phytic acid from extracting solution, the solution remaining has large of protein, amino acid, Peptide and candy. If these Components be separated to use that will realize comprehensive utilization and increase additional value of rapeseed cake.In a word, this article phytic acid of removed shell rapeseed cake be utmost extracted when detoxification.
