Functions And Effects Of Organization Development In Environment-Friendly Technology Extension

Based on sustainable development strategy, Environment-Friendly Technology will research and develop those technologies and products that are nontoxic, innoxious, non-pollution, recycled, reused, safe and clean. In its develop and extension process, focused on environment protection have precedence over the gained economic profits is the core principle. Up to now, Environmental Friendly Technology extension faced many problems, such as high input and cost in technology application, lower organization in extension process, lower user's awareness of environmental protection, etc. This study selected the Biogas as extension environment-friendly technology, adopted participatory approach and tools, have done four parts of study.: 1) research the main effect factors of extension and apply the environment-friendly technology. 2) under different social, economic, culture conditions, the differences analysis of roles and functions for the organization Building. Especially for the effects for technology application in the indigenous knowledge and culture background.3)Discussed the roles and functions of farmers, fanners' organization and extension organization in organization building process.4) Discussed the functions and actions for implement the organization building of farmers' organization and extension organization This case study can as a case for other relative study.
