Plastic processing technology is one of agelong manufacturing modes inhuman history. Even in the 21st century of information age, it is still a mainmethod for producing metal pieces. Plastic processing technology hasdeveloped from original 'hammer'to nowaday 'plastic processing shape',which is a extensive cognitive process from 'idea'to 'essence'and from'experience'to 'law'. This process shows that people have understood this kindof processing technology more deeply. Now net-shape and near-net-shape havebeen the developing orientation of plastic processing, which has beenrecognized in many countries and used more and more widely. As a branch of plastic processing, consecutive local shaping is of suchadvantages as high availability of energy and high production efficiency, steadyquality of production liability to fulfill mechanization and automatization, fullutilization of the plastic potential of metal material, little of impact andvibration and environmental harm. Even so, there is still unsolved difficult Withproblems solved gradually, consecutive local plastic shaping is sure to take aimportance position in modern near-net-shape and green manufactureengineering. Gear is one of pieces used widely in aviation, spaceflight, automobile andmotorcycle etc. Precise plastic forming technique for manufacturing gear notonly save materials and energy, reduce the lost and improve the efficiency, butalso make the gear produced by this technique be of good streamline,reasonable and ideal distribution of fiber structure, which enhance flexuralstrength of tooth and contact fatigue strength on the tooth face, improvewearability improved and prolong operating life. So it is necessary to studygear's precise plastic forming. During precise plastic forming of gear, there ishigh deformation resistance, complicated flow, too many influencing factors100吉林大学硕士研究生学位论文and hard controling the quality of pieces. While at high temperature, blank willexchange heat with die and circumstance during forming of gear,simultaneously, plastic deformation work and friction work between blank anddie transfer into heat energy continuously, which made temperature field in theblank change constantly and then affect deformation of the blank and itsmicroscopic structure and mechanical characteristic. Additionally, from thepoint of view of mechanics, precise forming is a complex tridimensionalprocess including strong nonlinearity of geometry, physical and boundarycondition. It is hard to analyze this kind of complicated forming process withtraditional mechanics method. Therefore, it is essential to simulate numericallythe process. Mechanical information of deformation and analysis offormability,etc,given in simulation can be used in forecasting the deforming lawand the effect of environment variables. Moreover it also plays an importanttheoretical role and practical value in making technique, designing die anddevelopingof precise forming technique of gear. The paper was one of the reseach directions on the plastic precise formingof my supervisor, Prof.Song Yuquan,who advocated the education mode of 'theintegrationof Science,Teaching,Production'.Basing on this mode and his twoinvention patents, chooseing ANSYS as platform and linking the importantproject of JiLin province Science and technology ministry 'cylindrical and conespurgears rolling preform and extrusion precise forming equipment researchand manufacture for automobile'(NO.20030311), the author made the finiteelement numerical simulationabout elasto-plastic large deformation heat-forcecouping of rolling preform and stamping-extrusion and bulge-extrusioncombining precise forming for spur gear', investigated qualitativiely andquantitatively on the gears formability for the environmental and the blankparameters , summarized some useful conclusions.So the main research contentand result are as follows: The parameters of spurgear chosen in th...
