β - agonist in veterinary drug residues in animal origin foodstuffs is one of the most noticeable problems for public health nowadays, most countries in the world have strength the detection of β - agonist in veterinary drug residues in animal origin foodstuffs, and it is a effective way for controlling from the origin to examine veterinary drug residues in forage and additives.β- agonist is a synthetic drug, which is treated asthma in human or beast bronchus, it can improve the rate of lean meat in animal to add the drug in forage. It is very important to build up a quick and high quality detection method in the future development of safety detection technics, and testing simultaneously multiple component is the important way to succeed the systemic, quick and high quality detection. It puts forward on the national "10-5" project about the " food safety key technical research" program that we must build up the detection method to examine pesticide and veterinary drug residues, and we must detect simultaneously more than 10 P - agonists in veterinary drug on demand in it.At present, there is no standard method to detect simultaneously more than 10 P - agonists in foreign country, but also in our country. This study is aimed at it.We built up a detection method to examine simultaneously 10 β -agonist in veterinary drug residues using HPLC, 5 P -adrenergic agonist in veterinary drug residues using GC/MS and HPLC/MS. We researched the linearity range, minimum detection range and recovery rate of three methods , the methods to build up can meet the health authority detection criterion. .They have been used as routine detection. The three methods are few to be reported to detect simultaneously at home and abroad.
