With extensive using of pollens in agricultural production and commercial field, how to separate pollens of maturation from pollens attracting people1's attention.Be due to a great variety and minute particle size and multivariate shape and great difference in particle's size, which brings difficulty to separation of pollens. Only there are three kinds of methods in separation that has been reported both at home and abroad at present sieve method, separation of pollens by velocity sedimentation of pollens, electrostatic separation of pollen (which is designed mainly use for 2n pollen). Because the first two kinds of separation methods must soak the pollen and can just carry on separation, so their suitable condition has certain restriction. On the contrary, the electrostatic separation of pollen will have promising utilization in agricultural production and commercial field, because the method which is relatively convenient and cost and do not wetted pollen, at the same time ,the device relatively simple.The project discusses in detail feasibilities of separation from all kinds of pollen by electrostatic field from the points of electricity characteristic and charged particle in electrostatic field and the analysis about its movement. Then utilize 2n pollen static sorting devices to make separating of pollen of test; Thus the main factor is drawn which influences static sorting of pollens through utilizing the variance analysis to the result of the test; On the base of analyzing result of the test and drawing lessons from 2n pollen static sorting device, design the practical device. This device that subject develop have changes from following several factors:(1) Regulate space of the polar plate: Adopting the way of drawn slide rail to drive the movement of the polar plate to regulate the space, Thus make the device more suitable for practical require.(2) The fitting of polar plate: Directly fix polar plate with insulating at the slide rail, increase its width and height on the basis of unchanging the inside space to make the pollen quantities of sorting increase, thus raise the sorting efficiencies of pollen each by the increases of area.(3) The stroke of the polar plate: The stroke is controlled by slide length, so that the adjusting stroke is as much as two time, which make it possible for the static device to separate more varieties of pollens. Thus help to used widely.(4) The way of taking the separated pollens out pushing the pollen brush with self-lock to brush pollens on the different areas of the polar plate into the below box, which simplifies the separation.(5) Only with a slot that is fed to pollens in the free settling cell that is not affected by the air current so as to improve sorting performance.(6) The beautiful outline and material favorable separation of the device are different from that of electrostatic separation 2n pollen device. The pollen sorting test is made after the practical pollen static sorting device is made, which indicates that this kind of device is slightly superior to 2n pollen static sorting devices in sorting performance. Not only this type of device is operated easily and applied widely, but also the fabrication cost is relatively low, which accords with the basic demand that will be used widely in the future. However, still there are several aspects that need to improve in practical static sorting, because of the restriction of time of the subject. Some suggestions is proposed in the last of the subject.
