Moisture analyzer has been used more and more in the industry andagriculture.The measuring demands and methods are generally different in differentfields.The content of water existed in the drugs which contain none or less ofvolatile ingredients is often detected by the oven drying and weighing.Theadvantage of this method is simple and easy to operate,however,it has not beenadapted to the new production owing to long drying time and low precision.A newway to detect the water content with high precision in a few minutes is introduced inKS-1 Moisture Analyzer,which can not only improve detecting efficiency but alsosave the productive cost. The infrared drying history can be traced back to the 20's or 30's in the 20thcentury.It limited the radiation wavelength to about 1um as a result of the use ofinfrared lamp.Based on the theory of infrared radiation,the absorption wavelength ofwater is beyond 3um,which locates in the area of ultra infrared spectrum.Atpresent,a new kind of ultra infrared radiator-halogen lamp is invented,which isshelled with quartz glass with higher radiation wavelength and can work well in themoisture analyzer. Electronic balance is widely used in the lab to weigh the materialprecisely.Most of them are characteristic with high precision and data interface toperipheral devices.It can be integrated to the moisture analyzer in a convenient way. In order to facilitate the instrumentation,we develop a universal PCB modulewhich is embedded with a new micro-controller called MSC1210.It features withhigh analog electronic performance and advanced digital interface with lower powerconsumption and higher anti-disturbance.In this PCB module,there are still otherfunctions such as real-timer, dataflash, LCD interface, printer interface, RS-232Cinterface etc.We desigh the keyboard interface by simulating PC keyboardinterface,which enable the development more flexible.C51 programming language isemployed in the software for readability and reliability. The technology of temperature measurement and control are emphasized inthis dissertation.Based on the performance of halogen lamp,the radiation intensity isadjusted by regulating the transmitted phase of AC power.So it is essential to designthe zero-crossing circuit and temperature control circuit.The principle of temperaturecontrol adopts the fuzzy arithmetic to achieve the specifications of temperaturecontrol. Proved by plenty of experiments,the theory is applied correctly and the resultsare believable.Each technical items are satisfactory.
